The foundation began in the metro Detroit automotive space, with several years spent in Talent Acquisition supporting hiring initiatives and managing hiring events. That experience led into full-time recruiting, with over a decade of experience working within a recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) environment.

UCWS focuses primarily on engineering, manufacturing, and related roles, while maintaining the flexibility to support additional positions as business needs evolve.

Today, UCWS operates as an independent recruiting business, offering a responsive, relationship-based approach along with the ability to scale support when needed.
